Is the Building Energy Opportunity Score an official government score?
No. It is our own internal tool designed to help organize possible building opportunities.
Are your savings estimates guaranteed?
No. They are estimates. Actual energy use and savings can vary.
Is the free building check really free?
Yes. The basic check is free. Premium reports or additional services may have a fee.
How do you make money?
We may earn money from paid reports, advisory services, participating service providers, project-management services, or other business relationships. Any important financial relationship that could affect a recommendation should be clearly disclosed.
What if I own several buildings?
Use the portfolio option. We can help identify which properties may be worth reviewing first.
