Brighton mixes agricultural, distribution, and industrial property. Because the electric provider varies here, the utility question matters more than in most metro cities.

Boulder

Boulder commercial property includes labs, older retail, and office buildings, plus city energy requirements for larger buildings. Lab and research space can run long hours.

Fort Collins

Fort Collins has breweries, manufacturing, warehouses, and campus-area commercial property. Because the city runs its own electric utility, the program path is different than in Denver.
